A baseball game may have action on wagers even if it is not completed. The following guidelines are used to settle wagers: a moneyline wager will be official after five full innings. (Four and a half innings in case the home team wins).
Total/Runline wagers on baseball games become officially documented after nine innings of play. If the home team is ahead, the game will last for 8 1/2 innings.. A game that is stopped prior to completion of 9 innings played will result in Total and Runline bets settling as No Action. If a game is NOT finished and runs for more than eight innings (i.e. stopped, rain delay, or lack of light) Runline and Total still have action and will be settled according to rule 3 below.
After 9 or more innings and the game isn’t finished (i.e. stopped, rain delay, or lack of light)wagers on the Runline and Total still have action.
If a game is suspended, the score as of the last finished inning will be the offical score for all bets, unless the score is changed by the home team within their part of the inning. If that is the case, wagers will be settled based on the score when the game was suspended.
Bets on delayed games aren’t held over to another time.
